At Applegreen’s A1 site in Biggleswade, we repurposed a landscaped area to create a new Greggs store with additional customer parking.

The scheme maximised underused space on the forecourt, delivering a modern, high-quality retail unit that enhanced the site’s food-to-go offer while maintaining full operational capacity.
