WELCOME BREAK - STARBUCKS DRIVE-THRU
Build
Graphite DBM successfully completed the innovative project of a new Starbucks drive-thru at Welcome Break Newport Pagnell M1 Northbound services. This endeavour featured the use of modular construction techniques, emphasising speed, efficiency, and sustainability. The process allowed for a swift build, minimising environmental impact while maintaining high standards of quality. APPLEGREEN/GREGGS - BAKERY POD AND CAR PARK
Build
Repurposing an adjacent area of unused car sales lot into a 20-page parking area with stand-alone food sales building. The project included a reworking of the levels, drainage and adjacent petrol station.
CLIFTON COGNATE - 4 PLOT PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL

A development of 4 new build high quality, architecturally stunning property's set in a stunning location. Offering unrivalled views over the tottley valley. Graphite DBM was privileged to awarded the scheme as principle contractor.
SJB HOMES - WESTFIELD ROAD

Providing site, cost and project management from concept to completion of a 28 plot social housing scheme.

JOHN EATONS ALMS HOUSES - FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

At the stunning John Eatons Alms houses, its our privilege to provide year round grounds maintenance to over 9 acres of landscaping and gardens. The charity development is comprised of 32 stone built bungalows, set in extensive grounds. We have undertaken internal and eternal projects ranging from full internal refurbishment, ACM removal, site wide door replacement programs to the changing of a lock.
GALLIARD HOMES- STARBUCKS DRIVE-THRU

Graphite DBM successfully delivered a new Starbucks Drive-Thru for Galliard Homes on Trent Road, Grantham. Situated on a brownfield site adjacent to Mow Beck, this project utilised a modular superstructure to maximise efficiency, sustainability, and build quality. The modular approach ensured a streamlined construction process, minimising disruption while maintaining Graphite DBM’s high standards of excellence. From initial groundwork to final handover, every stage was meticulously managed to meet both operational and aesthetic expectations.
